My gear selector is quite loose on 1st and reverse. It has a tendency to drop partially out and then i get a whirring, maybe grinding noise, as if the gears haven't fully engaged. Pushing the stick forward and holding it while using first and reverse, stops the whirring noise from happening. It would be nice if I didn't have to hold the stick
