The timed races in The Run were a big obstacle in my first playthrough, but the Chicago Escape was probably the hardest event in the entire game. Enduro Street Racing = Need For Speed Underground 1, Crazy rubberbanding, 7 laps, took me 20 times to win. Hell yeah. The rubberbanding in this race is an absolute nightmare.

It was harder to get the rear loose in Most Wanted. Then of course hitting traffic carries little penalty in MW compared to Underground, and I think it makes the racing a little dull.
