Here is HOWTO download mods using FS19 mods menu. Start FS19 and right there in the main menu you see "Mods" option. Click images for large size. Select this Mods menu option and then you get to the main mods menu screen. On the top most bar you see various odd looking icons, use your game controller being it keyboard or whatever to navigate
